We are currently looking for a motivated and organized team member to join our Zagreb office on a part-time basis (preferably 4 hours per day) as Office Assistant. The job can only be performed onsite from the office (Radnička 41).

This role is a great opportunity for someone who already has or would like to gain experience in administration and office operations, while also developing organizational and coordination skills through office management, internal event organization, and employee engagement activities. The role also offers space for creativity through supporting internal communication and social media content creation.

Responsibilities
  • Basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document handling)

  • Ensuring the office is tidy, organized, and presentable
  • Procurement of office supplies and equipment
  • Tracking of company equipment and inventory
  • Communication with suppliers and service providers

This is a strategic growth initiative and the UiPath Architect will be a key hire at the heart of it - shaping how we introduce, scale and deliver automation both internally and for our clients.

    About the Role
    As our UiPath Architect, you will take ownership of introducing and building UiPath automation capabilities within Digacon. In the first phase, the focus will be on test automation using UiPath within our existing client projects on the Swiss market. As the collaboration matures, the scope expands into full RPA solutions serving both current and new clients.

    This is a hands-on senior role with real strategic influence. You will not only architect but actively deliver solutions, contributing and shaping Digacon's automation practice from the ground up.

    What You'll Do

    Architecture & Solution Design
    • Define end-to-end solution blueprints including process design, integration patterns, exception handling frameworks and security models
    • Lead the design of scalable UiPath automation architectures for test automation and RPA use cases
    • Establish reusable component libraries, architectural standards and development best practices for the automation practice
    • Conduct technical discovery, feasibility assessments and effort estimations for new automation opportunities
    • Evolve the architecture as the practice grows from test automation into full RPA delivery and agentic AI-driven automation.
    Delivery & Technical Leadership
    • Own the technical delivery of UiPath implementations across client engagements
    • Review and approve solution designs and code produced by the team
    • Identify and mitigate technical risks across the delivery lifecycle
    • Define and enforce development standards, coding best practices and QA processes
    • Mentor and upskill team members, building internal UiPath competency across Digacon
    Client Engagement & Advisory
    • Support sales and presales activities across all sales phases, actively contributing to project proposals, technical offers and service presentations for existing and potential clients
    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Squad Leads, Product Owners, Chapter Leads and other stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, service offerings and needed technical improvements that support business growth
    • Align sales initiatives with architectural capabilities, ensuring proposed solutions are scalable, technically sound and aligned with available company platforms and services.
    • Develop and maintain technical presales assets, including solution architectures, case studies and sales decks that clearly articulate technical value and business impact
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic software vendors
    Practice Development
    • Actively contribute to introducing and developing UiPath capabilities within Digacon
    • Drive knowledge sharing and establish internal community formats around automation
    • Define and maintain Digacon's automation standards, documentation and asset library
    • Contribute to the development of Digacon's TA & RPA service offering for future clients
    • Stay current with UiPath platform releases, the RPA/IPA market and adjacent technologies

    • 7+ years of experience in software development, QA, or automation, with a minimum of 4 years hands-on UiPath experience
    • Proven track record of architecting and delivering enterprise-grade UiPath solutions, ideally including test automation contexts
    • Experience working in or with consulting, software development or managed services environments
    • Demonstrable experience providing technical leadership and mentoring automation professionals
    Technical Skills
    • Deep expertise across the full UiPath platform: Studio, Orchestrator, Test Suite, Document Understanding, Action Center, Automation Hub
    • Strong understanding of UiPath deployment architectures: on-premise, Cloud and hybrid
    • Previous experience with test automation across SAP ERP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, WM/EWM and S/4HANA) is considered a strong advantage, but is not mandatory.
    • Experience integrating UiPath with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs and web services
    • Solid programming and scripting skills - JavaScript/TypeScript preferred; .NET, Python or SQL is a strong advantage
    • Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities within UiPath (Communications Mining, Document Understanding, AI Center)
    • Strong eye for detail and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving
    Certifications (Required or Strongly Preferred)
