We are currently looking for a motivated and organized team member to join our Zagreb office on a part-time basis (preferably 4 hours per day) as Office Assistant. The job can only be performed onsite from the office (Radnička 41).
This role is a great opportunity for someone who already has or would like to gain experience in administration and office operations, while also developing organizational and coordination skills through office management, internal event organization, and employee engagement activities. The role also offers space for creativity through supporting internal communication and social media content creation.
Responsibilities
- Basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document handling)
- Welcoming visitors, clients, and business partners
- Ensuring the office is tidy, organized, and presentable
- Procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Tracking of company equipment and inventory
- Communication with suppliers and service providers
- Organisation and Coordination of travel arrangements
- Support in organizing internal events and employee engagement activities
- Managing office access, parking allocations and facilities administration
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding logistics (equipment, access, coordination)
- Supporting budget planning and cost tracking for office and operations activities
- Supporting internal communication and social media activities
