Digacon's vision is to be a long-term partner in the process of digital transformation for medium-sized companies in the EU / DACH market, including several industries, especially the automotive and construction industries.

We are focused on delivering quality solutions to our clients while giving our employees the work-life balance they deserve.

We’re expanding our Quality Assurance team and looking for an junior or mid Quality Assurance Engineer to help us take quality to the next level.

We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a structured, organized way of working. The ideal candidate is proactive in understanding and improving both requirements and processes, and is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality outcomes.

Your profile

Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills to understand and assess business requirements
A well-organized and methodical approach to testing and quality processes
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA best practices
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
Sharp attention to detail, with curiosity for finding defects and digging into root causes
Independent, self-driven work style with a sense of ownership
Great communication skills – both written and verbal

Additionally, we appreciate (but is not a must-have):

Previous experience in an SDLC team
Familiarity with test automation tools and processes
Experience with agile development methodologies
German language is advantage

Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements to develop comprehensive test cases
Execute and document test cases, ensuring thorough coverage
Actively collect, analyse and use available documentation to extract value and create and improve test cases and knowledge database
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance test processes
Support and contribute to test automation processes
Regularly update test cases, in the event of feature changes or inaccuracies
Write QA documentation, for example test scenarios and case descriptions
